Every device that is refurbished extends its lifecycle, prevents unnecessary waste, and reduces the demand for new production. Every unit responsibly recycled diverts harmful materials from landfills and puts valuable components back into circulation. These actions not only save institutions money but also generate measurable environmental benefits. Our mission is simple: to track and prove the positive impact of every partnership through transparent reporting, clear milestones, and ambitious long-term goals.

We laid our foundation with incorporation and banking setup. Over the next quarters, we will validate our business model, finalize standard operating procedures (SOPs), and prepare to open our first refurbishment and recycling facility in New Jersey.

Year 1 – Foundation

This year is about launching operations and proving our model works. The first NJ facility will come online, pilot refurb cycles will begin, and we’ll secure sustainability certifications.

  • First institutional pilot refurb cycles (1–2k devices)
  • R2 & ISO 14001 certification process completed
  • Initial ESG reporting dashboards for partners
Year 2 – Facility & Certification

We’ll expand output, diversify solutions, and deliver measurable results. Smart tech distribution and RFID asset management pilots will roll out while refurbishment volume grows.

  • Launch of wholesale smart tech line (IP cameras, PoE, IoT)
  • RFID asset management pilots with schools and enterprises
  • First annual ESG impact report published
Year 3 – Early Scale

With scale proven, Renewal Planet will expand nationally. Regional hubs will reduce logistics costs, and national institutional partnerships will drive exponential impact.
